This is a good desk at a good price. It doesn't look like it's really made of wood, but it doesn't look bad.

This desk goes together fairly easily, although not all the pieces are identified on their sides. Having help to match up and hold joints together, while you drive the screws, is beneficial. Even though the holes matched up, four of the holes didn't go completely through the pieces, and one hole was too big for the supplied screw. No big deal, I just completed the holes, and used a different screw.

I don't want to use this desk in the corner, but as an L-shaped desk--one side against the wall, the other out into the room. So, I am going to add either paneling or some kind of wood on the back of the exposed side to give the back a finished look.
