Assembly was quick and easy - hardest part was getting pieces out of box (pretty heavy with glass). Sturdy, yet easy to move - looks great - I bought 2 for my office and would reccomend this desk. It was easy to assemble with directions that are pretty clear. Aside from a phillips screwdriver, they give you everything you need to put it together. It is very well built and looks great.
